Did you know blood vessels actually grow and branch out when you exercise? Exercising three times a week or more can make you more flexible, can lubricate your joints, stimulate muscles for less soreness, and massage your spine! Try it. Just a few minutes to start and increase the time and intensity each session.

There are many professionals like physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, personal trainers and others to set you up with a specialized specific program after injury or a time of deconditioning. Or, you can start a simple program you find on Pinterest or YouTube or the internet. You can search for you age, condition, style of appropriate exercises and start there.

Even gyms, workout rooms, and support groups may have some suggestions to start.

Walk for 10 minutes to begin. You will feel better and maybe find a friend or enjoy the flowers as you walk.
